About This Course: Comprehensive two-day course (half online & half in class) offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.

- Airway emergencies
- Breathing and Circulation emergencies
- First aid for respiratory and cardiac arrest
- Wound care
- Head, neck and spinal injuries
- Bone, muscle and joint injuries

- Environmental Illnesses
- Poisons (includes opioid poisoning)
Please note:
- Blended online & in-class program runs from 9am to 4pm with 7 hours online learning prior to course date at your own pace
- Courses are taught at our Training Academy at 31 McBrine Dr. Unit 12, Kitchener, ON.
- After purchasing this course you will be emailed a link for the online portion which must be completed prior to the in-class session
